Job Summary:
Hiring for a client in Vaughan. Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the execution and performance of assigned product portfolios in the Canadian market. This role will own the development, launch, and lifecycle management of key products, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, client needs, and operational strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, training, KOL engagement, and ensuring overall market success.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive commercialization and lifecycle management of assigned products to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Lead product launches, training programs, sales enablement, and marketing collateral development.

Serve as the portfolio owner, contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage demand planning, inventory, and supply issues.

Provide technical support and updates to the sales force regarding product changes, best practices, and competitor positioning.

Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders.

Support trade shows, field visits, and customer training initiatives.

Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to manage online presence, promotional programs, and advertising strategies.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and ethical standards in promotional content and communications.

Participate in cross-functional New Product Development initiatives, offering strategic input on market trends and clinical needs.
Working Conditions:

Office-based with approximately 30% travel (including occasional weekends).

Must meet credentialing requirements for access to customer facilities (e.g., training certifications, immunization records).

In-field time may include access to operating rooms or technical environments, requiring appropriate gowning and adherence to safety protocols.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization strategies.

Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.

Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ability to navigate digital tools like iPad-based product interfaces.

Qualifications & Background Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a regulated or B2B technology-driven industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding product performance metrics.

Experience engaging with sales teams, supply chain, and executive leadership.

Previous exposure to healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or enterprise tech is an asset but not required.
