Our client in Mississauga, Ontario is looking for experienced CNC Machinists.
Must be able to legally work in Canada. Must be able to understand, speak, and read English.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform precision measurements using instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Familiarity with CNC machine setup, tool changes, and offsets.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform quality checks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Certification in CNC machining or a related field.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines.
