Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform precision measurements using instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Familiarity with CNC machine setup, tool changes, and offsets.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform quality checks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC machining or a related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines.
